Vacant Seat(s) on the CAPS-UAW Local 1115 Board of Directors – Open Nomination Period
There are two vacancies on the CAPS-UAW Local 1115 Board of Directors; and, pursuant to the CAPS-UAW Bylaws, Article VIII, Section 6(d), “A vacancy in any other office or Board position shall be filled by the Board from the membership and serve the remainder of the unexpired term. (Revised 11/15/97).” The CAPS-UAW Local 1115 Board of Directors are inviting nominations from rank-and-file CAPS-UAW Local 1115 members in District II and District IV that are interested in serving on the CAPS-UAW Local 1115 Board of Directors. Interested members must submit a nomination form no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. We look forward to reviewing nomination forms from interested members!
Governmental Affairs Committee and Political Action Committee Meetings. The Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) and Political Action Committee (PAC) meetings are scheduled for Friday, May 17 at 2:30pm and 4pm, respectively. These will be taking place virtually, via Zoom. All CAPS-UAW members are welcome to attend to observe. Please be sure to pre-register for both GAC and PAC if you are interested in attending.
