
Union Organizer
Job Description
- Help to coordinate organizing campaigns across all CAPS-UAW, 1115 worksites.
- Identify, recruit and develop worksite leaders to participate in organizing structures.
- Collaborate with Worksite Organizers and union leaders to implement union programs.
- Support members in contract enforcement, grievances, and workplace issues, as needed.
- Engage in political, community, and new organizing campaigns as needed.
- Other responsibilities, as needed.
- Previous organizing experience required.

Salary Range: $76,000-$87,000

- Support members in contract enforcement, grievances, and workplace issues, as needed.
- Engage in political, community, and new organizing campaigns as needed.
