Audience: Agency Secretaries and Departmental Directors
Participants: State Scientists only (members, non-members, supervisors) should sign these petitions.
What: These new petitions call upon state agencies and departments to utilize a new process to submit requests to CalHR for pay equity and fair pay for State Scientists. Once a majority of State Scientists (greater than 50%) at each department signs each petition, they will be sent to the identified agencies and departments. Each of YOU can help reach this goal! Help make a difference in the Bargaining outcome and sign your agency/department’s petition and encourage your colleagues to sign as well!
