Ballots will be mailed out to members on October 5, 2017. Only full members are able to cast a vote.  Your membership allows YOUR voice to be heard within the state scientists’ union – make it count!  Voting will take place by secret ballot via U.S. mail only. If you have changed addresses, update your address by Thursday, September 14, in order to ensure that your ballot is received ON TIME.

Ballots must be returned by October 20, 2017. The ballot count will be held October 25, 2017 at noon at the CAPS Sacramento office building: 455 Capitol Mall, Suite 125, Sacramento.  All full CAPS members are welcome to observe the count.  View the Ballot Count Rules for more information. Seating is limited, and will available be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Balloting for this election is being conducted by MK Election Services (formerly True Ballot), a specialized independent election service.
